If the tension is too small, the film substrate will be loose, and the longitudinal and lateral registration will be inaccurate; if the tension is too large, the substrate will shrink laterally, the registration will be unstable, and it will be difficult to print normally.

If the corrosion resistance is poor, it is easy to age and fade, the label will not be durable, and it will also affect the sales and use of the goods. If the shrinkage and expansion ratio is large, it will not only affect the registration accuracy during printing, but also cause the label to deform during use, affecting the sales and use of the goods. Especially for labels of high-end goods, we should try to avoid the embarrassing situation that the goods are not expired, but the labels have aged (label aging includes reasons such as plastic aging and ink fading). If necessary, the plastic or label should be subjected to aging resistance test to test its performance.
