Quality Control

We have established a comprehensive quality control system covering the entire process of self-adhesive label materials. During the pre-production stage, all incoming raw materials must undergo strict inspections on key parameters such as appearance and specifications. Only materials that pass these inspections are accepted into inventory. At the same time, they are registered in our ERP system and assigned a unique batch number, enabling full traceability from raw materials to finished products.During the post-production stage, each batch of material is thoroughly tested on core performance indicators, including face stock properties, adhesive tack (both initial tack and holding power), peel adhesion, and release force. These tests ensure that our products meet both industry standards and customer application requirements. In addition, we retain standard samples by batch and archive them together with the corresponding inspection records, allowing for future traceability and quality issue re-evaluation.

Through this closed-loop quality management system — traceable before production, verifiable after production, and supported by retained samples — we consistently ensure the quality stability and delivery reliability of our self-adhesive label materials.
