Our factory operates multiple fully automated self-adhesive material coating lines, covering various process systems including water-based, hot melt, solvent-based coating, PE lamination, silicone coating, slitting, and die-cutting. We have established a quality control system that covers the entire process — from raw material preparation, coating, laminating, slitting, to packaging. Strict in-process inspections and finished product random sampling are implemented to ensure that the initial tack, shear strength, peel adhesion, and appearance of every batch remain stable and reliable. With this production capacity, we achieve an annual output of 400 million square meters, ensuring consistent product quality and reliable supply even under large-scale production conditions.
